Geoff Corser was a 20-year old man who volunteered for the wartime RAAF, and became a pilot of four-engine bombers. He first flew the Short Stirlings on operations with 218 Squadron RAF, then was a flying instructor on them until he arrived at 460 Squadron RAAF for his second tour of operation. All
