Mother is letting Nanny Boo babysit her new little sister while she goes next door to check on a neighbor. The kitchen becomes a danger zone for Nanny. Nanny rallies the neighborhood kids to form a new club to help the environment. A homeless family gets help from Nanny and the members of her club.
